Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer

Full-Time
- Degree or Diploma with professional certifications in related field.
- Relevant working experiences within the construction and engineering – M&E, HVAC, cleanroom industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other softwares relevant to job requirements.
- Able to travel outstation or be stationed at project sites as and when required.
- Work with project team and involved in procurement, construction, commissioning, etc.
- Manage project execution at site for Mechanical or Electrical distribution system, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system, fire-fighting systems, building management systems, extra low voltage, etc.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, procedures and requirements.
- Liaise with client, consultant, sub-contractors and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, space management, site activities.
- Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation orders.

- Monitor project costs, cash flow, variations, claims and final accounts.
